Sil-Select™
‍
Sil-Select is FertiPro’s gradient system for semen preparation. It is designed to recover normal and motile spermatozoa from the human ejaculate. The gradients consist of silane-coated silica particles suspended in HEPES-buffered Earle’s Balanced Salt Solution. Sil-Select is non-cytotoxic when used according to the standard procedures for IUI, IVF or ICSI. Sil-Select is available as a 100% solution or as a set of ready-made gradients.


FertiCult™ Flushing Medium
FertiCult Flushing medium is a chemically balanced salt solution (HEPES buffered) used for oocyte pick-up, embryo replacement, sperm injection in ICSI, sperm washing and swim-up techniques in human IVF. The medium can be used in concurrence with FertiCult IVF medium (day 1 and 2 embryo culture) and FertiCult G3 medium (day 3 and 4 embryo culture).

SpermFreeze / EmbryoFreeze
SpermFreeze is a one-step, ready-to-use freezing medium for use with human semen. SpermFreeze contains 15% glycerol and 0.4% HSA, no other additives (e.g. egg-yolk) are needed. EmbryoFreeze is a set of media for freezing and thawing human embryos. Use EmbryoFreeze with propanediol to freeze embryos up to 4-cell stage, use EmbryoFreeze with DMSO to freeze embryos up to 16-cell stage.
